Ineffective Technology

I was interviewed by a teacher the other day regarding the use of technology in classrooms. One of the questions asked about any technology that is viewed as ineffective. What is your opinion? Do you view any type(s) of technology as ineffective? Please explain.

    Good question...now you are really making me think! Remember when the OP was real technology? It is an oldy-but-goody, still.

    What a coincidence! That's the only thing I could think of when I was being interviewed. I told the person that it was good in it's day, but is now outdated.
